Pest Doctor provides a comprehensive range of professional pest management solutions for residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru. All services are performed by trained, certified, and insured technicians.

Service availability, scope of work, and specific treatment plans are outlined in the service agreement provided at the time of inspection or booking. Pest Doctor reserves the right to assess each property individually and recommend the most appropriate treatment approach.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointment scheduling is managed through our customer support team and online booking system. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

• Appointment Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on technician availability and customer preference. We strive to accommodate requested time slots but cannot guarantee specific times.
• Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice. Late rescheduling may incur a nominal fee.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation charge.
• Delays: While we make every effort to arrive on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify customers of any significant delays.
• Access Requirements: Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to all treatment areas. Failure to do so may result in incomplete service or additional charges.
• Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for securing valuables, removing pets from treatment areas, and following all pre-service preparation instructions.

Pricing & Payments

All prices for pest control services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The following terms apply to all pricing and payment transactions:

• Quotations: Written quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, subject to property conditions remaining unchanged.
• Service Charges: Final charges are based on the type of service, property size, severity of infestation, and location within Bengaluru.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes including GST will be added to the service invoice as per government regulations.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other digital payment methods as available.
• Advance Payments: Certain services may require an advance payment at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
• Outstanding Balances: Payments not received within the agreed timeframe may result in service suspension, cancellation of warranties, or legal action for recovery.

Service Warranties

Pest Doctor stands behind the quality of our services. We offer warranties on select treatments as outlined below:

• Eligible Services: Termite control treatments carry a 5-year warranty subject to the terms of the warranty agreement. Other pest control services carry a standard warranty period as specified in the service agreement.
• Warranty Conditions: Warranties cover re-treatment for the same pest issue within the warranty period, provided the customer has followed all post-treatment care and preventive recommendations.
• Exclusions: Warranties are void if there is structural modification, new infestation sources, failure to follow recommended preventive measures, or if the property changes ownership.
• Re-treatment Policies: Any re-treatment request must be made promptly upon noticing pest activity. Delayed reporting may affect warranty coverage.
• Limitations: Warranties apply only to the specific pest species treated and the areas originally serviced. New pest species or infestations in untreated areas are not covered.

Customer Responsibilities

As a condition of service, customers agree to the following responsibilities:

• Property Preparation: Prepare the treatment area as instructed by the technician prior to service. This may include covering food items, moving furniture, and clearing clutter.
• Access Provision: Ensure safe and unobstructed access to all areas requiring treatment, including attics, crawl spaces, basements, and exterior perimeters.
• Following Instructions: Adhere to all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by the technician for optimal results and safety.
• Safety Compliance: Keep children, pets, and individuals with respiratory sensitivities away from treated areas during and immediately after application.
• Disclosure: Provide accurate and complete information about the property, pest issues, and any relevant medical or health conditions of occupants.

Health & Safety

Pest Doctor is committed to the highest standards of health and safety in all our pest management operations:

• Safe Application Practices: All treatments are applied using approved methods and products registered with the Central Insecticides Board. Our technicians follow strict safety protocols.
• Child Safety: We use products and application techniques that minimize risk to children. Parents and guardians must follow all re-entry time instructions provided.
• Pet Safety: Pet owners must inform technicians about pets in the property. Instructions regarding pet safety during and after treatment must be strictly followed.
• Post-Treatment Guidelines: Customers must adhere to all posted re-entry times, ventilation instructions, and cleaning guidelines after treatment.
• Customer Compliance: Failure to follow safety instructions may result in health risks for which Pest Doctor assumes no liability.
